The goal of enabling diversity management as a general policy for the political system is to provide the appropriate environment for cultural pluralism and sub-affiliations, which makes the outcome of the system’s work through the executive and legislative authority proportionate with the goals intended by the political system, especially in countries going through transitional phases such as the case of Iraq, as ensuring the availability of diversity management policies help in stabilizing the political system and supporting development policies in the country.
