Artificial intelligence is considered technological knowledge and a tool of our contemporary world, and a necessary need that helps humans in difficult tasks that require effort and time, especially in times of crisis, in a way that mimics human intelligence. Therefore, the study aims to understand the understanding of artificial intelligence, and what its advantages are, especially in institutional performance, economic development, and renaissance. Urbanism in services and other things. On the other hand, there are negatives to artificial intelligence that outweigh the positives in moral, economic, military and other terms. Therefore, the international community must realize the dangers of this science in light of the oligopoly of this field, and the absence of international laws that limit its negative consequences.
