Abstract

The phenomenon of the personalization of power strengthens the executive branch and this phenomenon threatens the infrastructure of democracy، and can result in a rift of national unity، if it is not addressed appropriately، and most countries of the world have not succeeded in finding dividing boundaries between the political institution and the people who make up that institution، where there is a confusion between the person of the ruler and the institution that takes over، but the institution often disappears Under the personality of the individual ruler and its opinions and its own approach to government، this situation is known as the personality of the authority behind which different factors and causes stand.
