Political Participation and Its Relationship with Political Behavior among a Sample of University Students

Abstract

Political behavior is considered one of the most important topics in political science and political sociology, due to it constitutes a kind of social behavior in general, it may be through political participation, political abstention, and through protest and demonstration, and it may take place in different forms of expression, political behavior focuses on activities and events related to by ruling, leading, organizing and coordinating society in order to achieve its goals and satisfy the aspirations, and aspirations of its members, provided that these ambitions and aspirations are consistent with the nature of the social system that the legislator or leadership is trying to strengthen and preserve its approach from internal and external dangers and challenges and at the same time works hard to consolidate, develop it in order to serve the goals of the social system.
