Abstract

The research entitled (Reflections on the history of legal and social systems outside department state( assumes that the study of the emergence of the state requires a historical pursuit of the relationship between legal systems and social systems, which was established after the law got rid of everything that is alien to it, such as religion and morals, to be linked to its existence with social systems. The research will deal with these systems of the Greeks through the Middle Ages, then the two schools of positivism and social science, showing the different patterns of this relationship in each historical stage, with reference to some of the legal rules that exist above the state and the legal rules for groups lower than the stat.
