Abstract

The most important sociological dimensions are reflected in the message of Imam Zain al-Abidin (peace be upon him) through his reference to Abdul Malik bin Marwan to print the coin of the Islamic countries to compete with economic dealing with Roman coins and to ensure independence from him. As the cultural currents of the Islamic nation conflicted so that society was under the weight of populism, Imam Zain al-Abidin (peace be upon him) established special circles on science and readings in the Prophet's Mosque.

This will strengthen the bonds of pure Islamic values and strengthen social bonds among Muslims. Not surprisingly, he imbued people with spiritual energy stemming from science and ethics. That flowing energy of supplications that stabilize the Muslim in front of the calls of temptations, lusts and worldly pleasures.

It is Imam Zain al-Abidin (peace be upon him) who represents the model of a social reformer who is loyal to his Lord. He used to tie the stone on his stomach from hunger in sympathy with his grandfather the Prophet and his family the best prayer and the purest delivery. Thus, reformers who want to reform their societies always start with themselves so that people can follow them.

Perhaps the most prominent sign of a social reformer is the call for life, unlike political tyranny who call for death and spread fear among people. The supplications of this Imam (peace be upon him) overflowed with all that supports the pillars of the meeting of bonds of interdependence through love, piety of God, piety and asceticism. This paper aims to identify the levels of sociological dimensions included in Al-Sahifa al-sajjadiyya with a descriptive and analytical approach.
