Abstract

Communities in post-2014, specifically in Iraqi liberated areas looking to start a new phase of construction, rehabilitation, and restore the situation before, rather than the status quo.  This tackling through cultural rehabilitation, and use it as an opportunity to reorganize the state and society affected by the conflict. The concept of rehabilitation does not depend on the economic side, which has suffered extensive destruction, water, electricity, and other facilities. It means the majority of Iraqi individuals affected by this conflict, the wounded and the family of the deceased, the refugees, and the displaced. In order to establish a

culture of non-violence within the Iraqi society, as well as, to revive the cultural heritage, especially in the liberated areas after the events of 2014.
