This study examines youth as a vital stage of life situated between adolescence and adulthood, characterized by energy, creativity, and the capacity to contribute to social development and change. The study is based on the assumption that youth constitutes a double-edged phenomenon: it can become a constructive force for development and progress when supported by quality education and sound socialization, or it may turn into a source of social challenges under conditions of unemployment, marginalization, and inadequate social integration. The research adopts a deconstructive-structural approach to analyze the concept of youth, its relationship with education and development, and the major challenges confronting young people in Arab societies. The study concludes that youth represents a strategic human resource and a valuable investment in both the present and future of societies, and that improving educational systems and enhancing opportunities for economic and social integration are essential prerequisites for transforming youth potential into a productive and innovative force capable of advancing sustainable development.
