Abstract

Iraqi foreign policy has gone through several stages during the last four decades, but today it has changed and should secure itself and possess the right tools of influence in terms of securing the achievement of the interests of all without exception, which puts Iraq in its natural geopolitical and strategic field in the region and the world and work to get it out of the circle of blocs and confrontations in the policy of axes that often intersect with each other, and the options of Iraqi foreign policy in the future lie in the reality of the possibilities available to it as a state Oil with a very large reserve qualifies it to give the type of continuity in supporting the global market for a period of not a few and that more than (90%) of its income and annual return is from the sale of oil being a quarterly country with a unilateral economy, so the stability of the oil market and its impact is an Iraqi interest that overlaps with the interests of other oil countries, especially its neighboring countries.
