Abstract

The researcher concludes from the above in light of the data of the Iraqi reality and the extent of its relation to the regional and international factor، that there are roles for the popular mobilization “PMF” in order to maintain the balance of political، military and security forces in the region، the most important and most prominent of which is the political role after the liquidation of the terrorism file، by confronting political terrorism with the corruption it entails. To the collapse of its security system، which made it easy for terrorist groups to invade its cities and threaten its political system.

And the military and security role that stems from the continued support for terrorist groups and use as a tool in order to achieve the interests and objectives of the larger countries، foremost of these countries is the United States of America "USA"، which is keen to guarantee the flow of pressure and ensure the security of Israel and its allies in the Middle East، even if by spreading chaos، dismantling states and fragmenting the region into rival entities.
