Abstract

   The asylum policies currently are one of the biggest points of argument between the parties of the government coalition in Germany and some other European countries, thus, each of the countries joined to the European Union has different opinions about the number of refugees allowed to access.  Timing of recipients, and the manner of dealing with asylum submissions. But what are the rules that everyone must abide by, not only in Germany but throughout the European Union? The European Union regulations that have been adopted on asylum policy, as well as, on other issues, clearly apply to all member states. But how each country interprets these regulations and turns them into national law rests with each state member. For this reason, there are still huge differences between the member states of the European Union on some points. Therefore, the researcher had to deep dive into the topic, especially by studying the conceptual framework for the phenomenon of asylum, then, role of international conventions in this phenomenon, and also, moving into the important aspect, and what is the European attitude from this phenomenon. Finally, the solution to the asylum phenomenon tended to reach the conclusion
